License Agreement.
A Non-Exclusive Limited License grants you, the licensee, a limited right to download & use Super Producer Carl B's royalty free Non-exclusive Beats in High Quality MP3 format for Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television Advertisement, Internet Background Music, On-Hold/In-House Background Music, and/or Recording Artist/ Songwriter Demonstrations and Artist releases under 1100 (eleven hundred) units to be distributed for sale.

1) Beats cannot be altered in any way, except vocals being added and for length (looping the beat is permitted)

7) It is specifically understood and agreed that Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights or any underlying copyrights, and that Licensor retains all rights, title and interest in the music obtained from Super Producer Carl B's URBAN BEATS including all copyrights belonging to the original copyright holder, as well as any modifications or improvements made to the licensed property by Licensee.
